CLASS INFORMATION

BLITZ - A fast-paced, high-intensity interval training session designed to burn calories, boost endurance, and leave you feeling energised. Expect short, powerful bursts of work with minimal rest! The ultimate sweat session.

SWEAT & SLED- Inspired by HYROX training, this workout blends functional strength with cardio endurance. Think sled pushes, KB carries, and conditioning drills that build stamina, power, and grit.

LIFT- A strength-focused session teaching you how to lift with confidence. Using dumbbells, barbells, and kettlebells, you’ll build muscle, improve form, and get stronger every week.

BOOTY BURN- A lower-body sculpting class focused on glutes, legs, and core. Using resistance bands, bodyweight, and weights, this session will tone, strengthen, and shape.

CORE & MORE- Target your abs, obliques, and back in this focused class that improves core strength and posture. Expect a mix of bodyweight and weighted movements to strengthen and sculpt.

RESET & RESTORE- A calming session to release tension, improve flexibility, and aid recovery. Guided by Restore & Perform, this class is the perfect way to reset your body and mind.

BABY & ME FITNESS- A welcoming space for parents to train alongside their little ones. Fun, safe workouts that rebuild strength, boost energy, and connect you with other parents, all while your baby stays right by your side.
